The building was designed and built on the principles of the “ECO-friendly” concept of ecological architecture and is BREEAM certified. It has visibility from both Dimitrie Pompei Blvd. and Sos. Glucose factory.

The area where is in a process of continuous development, rehabilitation and functional recycling. This is due to economic and financial factors; accessibility; proximity to the north of the capital and the new nearby urbanisation of Pipera area.
